that grant temporary magical powers to their user.

they get to chose a drip tip & flavor, 
the alchemist then, using a special device, takes a small puff of the customers breath, taking just a little of their life essence; 
so that Dragon is completely tailored to their owner.

Every vape dragon starts off at Cloud Level 1. 
The Cloud Level directly effects the power and duration of the users magic. 
It also determines what spells the user can cast. 
To cast a spell the user breaths in a puff from the drip tip, 
and exhales a cloud of magical vapor.
They can also order their dragon to perform a spell, 
when this happ
